Who am I?
When complex programs become unpredictable and teams struggle to stay aligned, I step in to restore clarity, coordination, and reliable execution at scale.
I work at the intersection of delivery, governance, and business priorities, ensuring that multiple teams move forward in a coordinated manner and consistently deliver value.
My role goes far beyond simple coordination
I focus on improving workflow, managing cross-team dependencies, and resolving systemic bottlenecks that impact delivery.
In particular, I help organizations:
- Align multiple Agile teams around shared objectives
- Manage dependencies and reduce delivery-related friction
- Anticipate risks and facilitate fast, informed decision-making
- Facilitate large-scale events such as PI Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) synchronization
- Transition from fragmented execution to structured, predictable delivery in complex, high-pressure environments
I serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), combining systems thinking, a strong delivery orientation, and pragmatic Agile practices to sustainably improve performance at scale.
